ABOUT

Hi, I’m Kerra!
I’m a mother, wife, and holistic health coach who helps people feel their best—through simple wellness habits, clean living, and organized, supportive spaces. I believe true health starts at home, and I’m here to help you create a life that feels balanced, beautiful, and aligned.

I live in New York City with my husband, our two daughters, and our sweet little rescue chihuahua, Glitter. We spend most of our free time as a family—enjoying the beauty of Central Park, taking long walks through the neighborhoods we love, and soaking in all the energy and charm that makes NYC such a vibrant place to raise kids. Whether it's discovering a new local spot, grabbing fresh produce at a farmers’ market, or simply watching our girls run free in the park, we truly appreciate the rhythm and richness of city life.

Though New York is home, I was born and raised in California and still feel deeply connected to my roots. We try to spend as much time as possible there, and my daughters have inherited my love of the ocean. They adore the beach and the slower, more relaxed pace of the California lifestyle. It’s such a gift to be able to give them the best of both coasts—city adventures and coastal calm.

The ocean continues to be a grounding, healing force in my life—a reminder of the simplicity and peace I try to bring into our daily routines, no matter where we are.

MY HEALTH JOURNEY

Most of my twenties were filled with stressful jobs, late nights, and skipped meals. I struggled with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and often felt emotionally and physically unbalanced. Even though I was trying to eat “healthy,” I knew my other habits were not supporting my well-being.

Eventually, the constant exhaustion and feeling unwell became something I could no longer ignore. I knew I didn’t want to live that way—and healing became my top priority. My turning point came in 2016, when I began to understand the deep connection between hormonal imbalance, gut health, and how I was feeling every day. That realization changed everything.

Gut health plays a crucial role in maintaining hormonal balance and overall well-being. An imbalance in gut bacteria can disrupt hormone regulation, leading to issues like irregular menstrual cycles, mood swings, and difficulty with fertility. Poor gut health can also contribute to symptoms such as fatigue, inflammation, and skin problems. Over time, these imbalances may increase the risk of chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and autoimmune disorders.

An imbalance in my hormones explained the missed periods, the difficulty losing weight, and many other health challenges I faced. That was when my real health journey began. Through my own research and dedication, I was able to restore hormonal balance, lose weight, and was then blessed to become pregnant with my first daughter.

The birth of my daughter reignited my passion for health and clean living. It became important to me to create the safest, healthiest, and most non-toxic environment possible—not only through nutrition and lifestyle but also in the home we live in.

My background in visual merchandising, combined with my growing knowledge of health, sparked a new passion for creating wellness and beauty in the home. I love blending aesthetics with functionality to design spaces that support vibrant, healthy living.

My second daughter was born in 2020 during the height of the pandemic, a time I used to deepen my knowledge of holistic health. I educated myself on nutrition, healing modalities, and lifestyle changes that support whole-family wellness. This passion led me to enroll in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I graduated in 2022 with a Holistic Health Coaching certification.

Today, I create overall wellness by guiding lifestyle changes that nurture both the body and the home. Through thoughtful organization and clean, non-toxic living, I help my clients build environments that support their health, balance, and vitality every day.

The transformation I’ve experienced in my own life from learning and applying holistic practices and habits is something I want for everyone.
